Selecting a Team
From the drop down list, select the team you would like to view. If the page does not refresh automatically, hit the "Submit" button. You can change teams at any time.

Adding a Single Game
To add a game, scroll to the bottom of the page, below the "Update Schedule" button. Enter the date of the game (month/day/year), the time (hour:min am/pm), the opponent, and check the box if it is a home game, otherwise leave it unchecked. Then hit the "Add Game" button. The game will appear in date order in the list of current games.

Adding Multiple Games at Once
To add multiple games at once, first download the Excel file that is located here or from the schedule admin page. Enter the game information in the Excel file in the proper columns only. DO NOT add extra information in any other columns or rows, or leave blank rows in between players. Enter the information the same way as entering it in the single game form. Note, though, that to make the game home, type Yes in the Home column, or type No for an away game (not case sensitive).

Once the file has been completed, in Excel go to File -> Save As. Browse to where you'd like to save the file, but before saving it, below the file name select from the drop down list CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv) and then save. Next, on the schedule admin page, click the Browse button and locate the .csv file you just saved. Then click the "Upload schedule to Team" button. This will place every game from the spreadsheet into the appropriate team's schedule.

Updating a Score
To update a game's score, simply find the game in the list and enter the WWS score and the Opponent (Opp) score and hit the "Update Schedule" button at the bottom of the list. You may update multiple scores at once.

Modifying a Game's Information
Find the game in the list and make any necessary changes to it. Home games are checked while away games are unchecked. You may make changes to multiple games at once, as well as change a game's score at the same time. Once done with all of the changes, hit the "Update Schedule" button at the bottom to submit them.

Delete a Game
Find the game in the list and check the box under the Del column You may delete multiple games at once. When you are ready, hit the "Update Schedule" button at the bottom to submit you changes. NOTE: deleting games is permanent and cannot be undone. You will have to re-enter the game if you make a mistake.
